We are an organization of Claims Assistance Professionals and Advocates. Our members are highly qualified to provide fee-based assistance to manage medical bills, to challenge your insurance company and to assist with multiple problems you might be facing in the current healthcare environment.
All of our members have extensive and proven experience working to resolve medical bill disputes. Our members come from varying and unique qualifying backgrounds and expertise. We are nurses, medical office managers, billing professionals, attorneys, senior advisors, insurance consultants, and medical coders among other qualified medical professions. ACAP members undergo a vigorous and thorough application and vetting process. In addition to local and regional services, many of our members provide assistance nationally and globally.
